Today we had a very important discussion with the general administrator, Mr. Ibrahim Yzeiri of "Someg" bakery. We talked about the importance of food safety in general and ensuring 100% gluten-free products for the gluten-free community in particular. In close cooperation with Gluten-free Albania and with other experts in this field we will soon make sure that the gluten-free community gets 100% gluten-free products.
P.s Forget about gluten-free bread in Albanian bakeries for a while.
