After cleaning the beetroot, we boil it for a while until it softens a bit. After removing it from the boil we cut it into thin slices, marinating it with oil, salt, lemon and some minced garlic for 24 hours in the fridge. To serve them, we collect them in flower form and spray them on fresh mint leaves.
