Gluten-free Albania, as we informed you a few weeks ago, based on the requests of the private group of Gluten-free Albania, undertook the testing of several other products of the brands EHV, HAKO, FIX, LUFRA, ERZENI, Gjiroframa, Zeppa Natyral and AIA.

The products on the left read “gluten-free”, the products on the right, normally in their natural form should be gluten-free.

Once again, we call on all companies to read the law carefully, to respect it, as the uncritical labeling of these products POISONS us.

The National Food Authority, on its official website, states that:

Additives, solvents and carriers for additives or processing aids must be considered as ingredients when they originate from the ingredients listed in Annex II of VKM 434, which contains a list of allergenic ingredients such as peanuts and peanut products, sulfur dioxide (SO2) and sulfites, cereals containing gluten, etc. These ingredients, or products derived from them, must always be indicated on the label with a clear reference to the name of the ingredient from which they originate.
